If you are scheduling a party/day spa pickup is considered the day of the party. For all other items, you'll get an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup

Decide how you'd like to get your order
In-Store Pickup: Go inside to the
designated pickup area mentioned in
the email and show your bar code.
OR
Curbside Pickup: Select theUse the Curbside Pickup button and when you are ready for pickup shoot us a quick email with the date and time, drive up to the curb, text pickup, and your last name to 7067867674. Have identification available and then we’ll drop your order
in your trunk.
Return & Exchange Policy
To make a free return:
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly
accept all returns in stores within 30 days of purchase for free.
Exclusions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition
with original tags. Delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Note: Any cosmetic or fragrance product purchased at Trinkets Spa that does not meet your needs will not be accepted for return unless it is a Mary Kay item.

We offer free returns in-store. Free returns exclude Gift Cards, food, gourmet gifts, Beauty Products unless they are Mary Kay Items, and mirrors.
Return to a store:
Items purchased in our store or online must be returned to the store. Bring your original receipt.
No receipt? We can use the credit card you used to make your purchase or your confirmation email to look up your information for you.
