Trinkets Spa & Play’s parties are non-refundable. We will attempt to reschedule the party once if an emergency arises such as death or medical issues. In these cases, the deposit is nonrefundable and the remaining balance from the total amount paid will be issued as an in-store credit.

There is no refund or exchange for beauty products once they have been purchased and removed from the premises.
